- How do the per-device fees work?
- On top of your plan fee, each connected device carries a monthly monitoring fee based on its class — a wireless sensor, the multi-input board (with a small per-active-channel add-on), or a gateway. Wired Ethernet gateways carry no monthly fee.
- How is the hardware itself priced?
- Devices are a one-time purchase inside the app’s store, where current hardware pricing is shown. This page covers the recurring monitoring fees; the hardware page has full specs for every SKU.
- How long are my readings kept?
- Every plan keeps a full year of readings — there is no shorter tier. If you need longer for a compliance programme, five-year and nine-year history add-ons can be purchased on any plan; the rates are on your billing page.
- Are SMS and voice alerts extra?
- SMS alerts work on every plan. What differs is the included monthly allowance: the plan card states what each plan includes and the per-message rate beyond it — on Essential every message is billed at that rate. Automated voice calls are included from Professional up, with their own allowance and per-call rate.
- Where does my data live?
- Operational monitoring data and credentials never leave your region; directory and commerce data are processed on the US control plane.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move between Essential and Professional at any time, and talk to sales when a fleet is ready for Enterprise. Cancel whenever you like.
